"Broken online interface, poor communication, and poor customer service"

I placed an order for custom-print T-shirts on May 27th and received a confirmation email stating I would receive my T-shirts around June 10th. Given that I need the T-shirts by June 20th, I thought it would be plenty of time. On June 11th, I checked on the order and found it was on hold. I checked my e-mails, spam folders, and voicemail, and there was no communication from the company regarding the hold. Nevertheless, I used the same credit card on file to place the charge again.  For whatever reason, it went through the second time. And on June 12th, the status indicated that they were "in production."  I called customer service about this issue and asked for help, but they did nothing to accommodate the situation. Since I needed the T-shirts for the event scheduled for June 21st, I asked them to cancel the order so I could place a new order with a local company I have used for the last 14 years. Then the customer service person told me they cannot because it is already in production. Instead, the customer service told me that I would have to pay $200 more to receive the T-shirts by June 18th. Given no other options, I had to pay that additional money. I went with this company because I saw that they had some good reviews on Trustpilot. However, it looks like I was duped into ordering from them and got burned. I will not order from this company agai

"Very disapointed"

Let’s start by saying I am very disappointed in the company. They were given specific instruction on what to do with 2 children shirts but yet failed to do so. Then they wanted to turn it around like it was my fault. The shirts were supposed to be printed on front and back from a design that had already been used. I even told them the design order number so they could make copies of the shirt. I also uploaded the design saying front center and back center. Now why the heck would I upload 2 different designs for front and back, label them front and back and only want one side printed? Doesn’t make sense to me.
So, I get a proof to look at and accept it. I was under the impression that all the shirts were under one order and that the one proof was for all the shirts but I guess that was wrong. I was told that I didn’t order a proof for the smaller shirts that’s why I didn’t get one. Again, doesn’t make sense I order all of them at the same time paid for them all at the same time but needed a proof for each shirt in the order.
Thing that really makes me mad is the customer service rep actually started out saying it was my fault, saying the instructions were not clear. Misery and heartache is all you will get from this place. They don’t even attempt to keep your business it’s all the customer’s fault. Guess I’ll take the 4k I had set aside for more shirts an have them made locally like I should have done in the first place.
If you want to waste your money then go ahead by all means use these people. I choose to spend my hard earned money else where.

"Really Impressed by the Colors"
The colors came out so clean and sharp that I was kind of surprised. I wasn’t expecting them to look this good, and seeing how crisp everything turned out just made me feel like I’d made the right choice.

The samples were okay overall, I guess, but I was hoping to have a few more choices before placing an order. It would’ve been helpful to compare a little more before deciding.

"Had to Follow Up Too Much"
I had to keep asking for answers, which got frustrating. I don’t mind checking in once or twice, but it felt like I was doing more chasing than I should have. The help was there eventually, but the communication could definitely be smoother

"Do not choose Imprint!"

The "Estimated Delivery Date" was 4/2/2026, but as of today (2 days before), order is still waiting.  Called and was informed it will not get here until 2 weeks later.  But I could pay 200% of the price to have it expedited.  Do not trust this site.  I was unable to cancel the order.  There are much better options and chose those over Imprint!

"Pretty solid selection"
They had a decent selection overall. Nothing too overwhelming, but enough options that I could actually compare a few things and feel like I was making a thoughtful choice instead of just grabbing whatever was there. Sometimes that’s really all you need.

"Blame the Custom"

Amazed by 30K+ positive reviews. Not my experience at all. Don't trust any date they publish for delivery. When they don't ship until after those dates, they'll say all dates are just estimates. I ordered for arrival one week before an event. The original order arrived the day after the start of the event. Yet, when I needed to place a reorder for more lanyards, that order arrived right on time (a week for the event). The first started blaming me for not returning the proof. Which was a complete lie. The proof was returned the same day it was received. Finally, they just said, after countless emails, "all dates on the websites are estimates" and they are not "required to meet those dates."

I wasn’t totally sure at first because I’d already checked a few other sites and they were out, but imprint.com actually had what I needed available. The ordering process was simple, and I didn’t have to sit around waiting for a restock. So yeah, overall I’m happy with how it worked out.

I had a problem with my order and it took long to get everything sorted out. Customer support did fix it in the end, which I appreciate, but the back and forth was annoying. Overall, it worked out, just wish it had been a little smoother.

"Print Was Good, Shipping Was... Fine"
The order itself turned out fine and the print looked good, so no complaints there. I’m totally calm about this, but the shipping cost was higher than I expected and it made the final price feel a lot less worth it. I might use them again, I just really wish they had cheaper shipping options shown upfront
